Our Story
Reynard Real Estate Ltd. was originally incorporated in July/87. The decision was made in July/97 to join the Century 21 system and become Century 21 Reynard Real Estate Ltd. This decision made us part of the world’s largest real estate organizations. In Jan 2019 Century 21 Canada had a re-brand, all new logos, new look, and Century 21 Reynard Real Estate Ltd. was sold to new owners, with a new name "Century 21 Northern Choice Realty Ltd."
Expansion to Fort Frances & Red Lake
In April of 2013 we decided to venture out and service the Fort Frances & Rainy River District, and are pleased to introduce Chad Jack - Broker, Wanda Huitikka-Wipf - Salesperson and Miranda Veitch - Broker as part of the Century 21 Team. Chad, Wanda and Miranda live in Fort Frances. With the backing of the Century 21 brand, and their Fort Frances real estate expertise who better to trust with the most valuable asset you will ever own. Your "Home".
In 2021 we decided to venture out to Red Lake. Danielle looks forward to servicing all of your Red Lake Real Estate needs.
Our Team
The Century 21 Northern Choice Realty Ltd. Team is the largest real estate team in the Kenora area. The team consists of 13 realtors, 3 support staff, and 2 managers. Seven of our team of 13 realtors are Brokers, some of which have 30 plus years experience in the business. Eight of our Realtors have achieved the highest award in the Century 21 system, “Centurion Producer”. In 2018 one of our Brokers was nominated for Salesperson of the Year. The office has achieved Centurion Office status in 2007 and from 2011-2020. In 2011 the office was nominated for the Franchise of the Year, and was awarded fourth place.
